Part Time 25 hours per week (variable between 8am - 8pm and weekends)
Liverpool Direct Limited currently has a network of 7 reception points covering 4 key buildings in the City Centre and 3 Customer Focus Centre; Brougham Terrace, Parklands (Speke) and Chatsworth (Edge Hill). We are looking to recruit a part-time receptionists to work as part of a team dealing with all aspects of customers and visitors enquiries. You will need to demonstrate flexibility in working hours across all reception points Monday to Saturday at short notice.
You will need to be committed to providing exceptional service delivery to our customers and have experience in dealing with customers either in a face to face or call centre environment.
You will require excellent communication skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships with a wide range of people and be able to deal with difficult situations in a supportive manner. You will assist the Team Manager with the efficient day to day operations within the reception points.
