Liverpool Direct Limited is delighted to be shortlisted as another finalist this time at the prestigious North West Contact Centre Awards. Representatives from Liverpool Direct Limited will be attending the Awards Ceremony but not for just one but two awards.
Liverpool Direct Limited’s Careline Service has been shortlisted for the Best Customer Experience Programme and Liverpool Direct Limited’s Contact Centre has been identified as a finalist for the Best Contact Centre Improvement Strategy.
This is the second set of awards which Liverpool Direct Limited has been shortlisted for in the last two weeks alone. Liverpool Direct Limited is also a finalist at this year’s Customer Contact Association Awards.
Cllr Joe Anderson, Leader of Liverpool City Council, said: "I am delighted that Liverpool Direct Limited has been shortlisted for this prestigious award, it reflects the hard work put in by the staff over a considerable time. It is wonderful to see the work of the joint venture company with Liverpool City Council receiving recognition for two areas of its work. It shows that once again businesses based in Liverpool are leading the way in Customer service.”
Liverpool Direct Limited is competing against top companies including 02, Scottish Power, One Vision, Cable and Wireless Worldwide, Capita and Merseytravel.
The North West Contact Centre Awards takes place to recognise and reward the contributions made by individuals and organisations within the Contact Centre industry. The Awards raises awareness and enables thousands of Contact Centre staff to celebrate being proud to be part of a sector that employs 5% of the working population in the North West. The winners will be announced at a Masquerade Ball on Thursday 14th October at the Palace Hotel in Manchester.
