LDL retains four reowned Standards

Liverpool Direct Limited has successfully been recertified for not just one but four Standards.
We are delighted to announce that Liverpool Direct Limited retains the internationally recognised Quality Management ISO 9001, Environmental ISO 14001, Information Security ISO 27001 and IT Service Management ISO 20000 Standards.
This week, all areas of Liverpool Direct Limited have undergone a rigorous inspection from a team of assessors who reviewed a range of business policies and processes to ensure the company continued to meet all Standards before giving Liverpool Direct Limited the seal of approval.
David McElhinney, said: “Once again I am truly delighted that assessments went extremely well and yet again we have been reaccredited with four highly prestigious accreditations. However, this wouldn’t have been at all possible if it wasn’t for the enthusiasm, commitment and professionalism which our staff continue to demonstrate.
“To retain all four Standards is a huge achievement and reflects the quality of all our services, our staff and the environment practices which we continue to adhere to.”
